QT Career Day is a dynamic 3-part event designed to empower Queer and Trans (QT) students as they explore pathways to meaningful internships and employment. Through a series of intentional, identity-centered workshops and panels, this day aims to foster community, build confidence, and connect QT students with affirming professional opportunities. About this event: In this virtual, interactive workshop, students will explore how they can cultivate resilience through the lens of career development. Together, we will define resilience in ways that uplift authenticity, community care, and lived experiences. Through guided reflection and discussion, participants will identify their unique strengths and build a personalized Resilience Toolkit to support their professional growth. A Zoom link will be emailed to all registered attendees prior to the event. All students are welcome to attend this event. This particular event intentionally centers the experiences, needs, and voices of Queer and Trans students. All UC-based Career Offices’ websites, resources, programs, and events comply with federal and state non-discrimination laws, reflect our institutional values, and are open to all members of the campus community.
