The Literacy Lab Virtual Hiring Event
We're hiring for current positions! Literacy Lab staff member, Brittany Lundy, will be meeting with interested candidates to provide information about our programs and do on the spot screening and selection. We are looking for candidates who are available to serve full-time Monday-Friday (8am-4pm). Candidates need to be available to attend a week-long virtual training session in November, and begin as a full-time tutor by the end of November. The Literacy Lab recognizes that ensuring all students have the chance to read proficiently is an urgent and critical need. Our approach is to provide elementary schools with evidence-based literacy interventions and full-time literacy tutors to implement the model. With the help of assessment tools, their coaching teams, and The Literacy Lab’s program staff, our tutors help their students become successful readers.
