Black Students Day 2024 @ HP!
Friday, February 9, 9:00am – 2:30pm HP Inc. Headquarters, Palo Alto, California 94304 (exact location provided upon RSVP confirmation) For the first time since 2019, HP’s Bay Area Black Employee Business Impact Network is proudly hosting Black Students Day (BSD) for college freshmen and sophomores! BSD offers Bay Area students a unique exposure to careers at HP in a variety of fields. Through educational workshops, panels, site tours and informal networking, HP business leaders will share exciting news about their organizations and the products or services they provide. BSD’s workshops focus on exchanging academic and career information between students and Black HP employees and building a pathway for students into their careers. Students can speak directly to HP personnel and ask questions about their personal experiences, future careers and college paths. BSD introduces students to challenging real-world situations and paths to success in college and professionally. Our objective is to motivate students to start planning academically so they can pursue any career they choose. Pre-registration is requested by Wednesday, Jan 31, 2024.
