The Literacy Lab: Information Session (VA)
Are you looking for your next steps after graduation? Do you believe that literacy is a human right? If you are and you do, please join us on May 13th at 4 PM EST to engage in a live information session presented by our VA Program Associate, Brittany Lundy, to learn how you can join our team. There, you will hear about The Literacy Lab's mission to ensure that all students can equally become proficient readers and pursue lifelong success. We will also go over the basic commitments of our program and what it means to serve as a tutor for an academic year. You will also have a chance to ask questions at the end, so come prepared with any questions you may have! The Literacy Lab is currently recruiting full-time/paid literacy tutors to serve next school year (21-22) in the Greater Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Danville, Virginia regions. We're particularly pushing recruitment efforts in the Hampton roads region as we have many more positions available next year! Therefore, this session will be directed towards those who are interested in serving with us in our VA regions.
