National Labs: Virtual Career Trek to Stanford Linear Accelerator Center

Do you want to push the frontiers of human knowledge and drive discoveries that benefit humankind? Then a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory might be the place for you. Undergraduate Internships are available at DOE’s National Laboratories. Starting in 2022, these internships will be available to Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors, as well as new graduates if within two years of degre completion. Furthermore, PhD students who have advanced to candidancy can do research that complements their PhD thesis work at the National Labs. The National Labs tackle critical scientific and engineering challenges and possess unique instruments and facilities, many of which are found nowhere else in the world. They address large scale, complex research and development challenges with a multidisciplinary approach that places an emphasis on innovation.
