Internships are a great way to get industry experience. On the other hand, companies use internships to attract and recruit talented new graduates. Interns that stand out could turn their internships into return offers. Many of them are hired permanently upon completion of their internship or education. What should you prepare to maximize your chances of converting an internship to a full-time job offer? In this talk, we’ll have two of our past Product and Engineering interns walk us through their internship experiences at Yelp and offer some key takeaways on how they converted their internships into full-time roles.
